We facilitated Moruo Developments Limited with two public offers, increasing the number of shareholders to more than 1 200. Moruo Developments owns the Pioneer Shopping Centre in Maseru, Lesotho.
Sheep Farming
Assisting Konsortium Holdings Limited in South Africa to raise funds via a public offer, resulting in a shareholder base of more than 100 shareholders.
Gold & Diamonds
Creating a trading platform for gold and diamonds in Dar Es Salaam and Mwanza, Tanzania, in association with Daniel Bezuidenhout of Consolidated Minerals and Metals (Tanzania) Limited.
Swazi Mobile
Dimension Partners was the lead transaction advisor for Swazi Mobile and assisted the company to raise all the funds required for the successful rollout of a mobile telephone network in eSwatini.
